Description

Shield anchors are a very popular and widely used expansion anchor for use into masonry. They have a three-piece segmented body which is held together by a split ring, which then expands when the fastener is tightened and pulls the expansion cone back into the body of the sleeve. This is a ‘loose bolt’ shield anchor which means it comes complete with a hexagon head set screw which is 8.8 high tensile.
