Milwaukee 48894714 HSS Red Hex Shockwave HSS Ground Tin Metal Drill Bit is ideal for use with impact drivers and drill drivers due to the impact rated drill bits that have 1/4 hex shank. The chip breaker tip is able to split up the size of the material from the cutting edge. By splitting the material and having a titanium coat, this helps to cool down the material and dispense heat. The flute design enables users a faster material ejection and decreases heat build up. A precision start is achieved when using the drill bits due to the 135° tip angle which also reduces tip walking.
