Flap Discs are typically used for metal grinding due to their long life and are considered safer than bonded abrasive grinding discs because they are lighter so less vibration and less likely to shatter if damaged.

These robust flap discs are used to grind edges and surfaces, dressing and smoothing, deburring and for weld seam processing.
